Profile: Creating printed documentation; online help.

Documentation Analyst (Ref code - DA)
Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate in English from a recognized university with relevant experience of 1-2 years in technical writing.
Profile: Creating/ Modifying Templates; Proofing/ Editing; Documentation Design; Consistency Check; Customer Interaction; Author-Customer Interface.

Team Leaders (Ref code - TL)
Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university with relevant experience of 1-2 years in technical writing or other allied industries.
Profile: Team Management; Customer Interaction; Resource scheduling and delegation.

Project Managers (Ref code - PM)
Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university with relevant experience of 2-4 years in technical writing or other allied industries.
