Learning sessions are highly interactive, with the user setting the pace of lessons. Material is uploaded via the Internet, Intranet or distributed using CDs/DVDs. Instructions are given with the help of simulations and audio. Tests may be conducted after the course to determine how well the user has grasped the concepts.
